Starting a Business
If you are starting a small business in Newfoundland and Labrador or even if you need advice and expertise, the provincial government offers resources such as Small Business Counselling and a Small Business Guide to walk you through the steps.
Through the Department of Innovation, Business and Rural Development (IBRD), small business counsellors can act as a mentor to provide advice and guidance on your business plan, refer agencies or individuals that may assist you, and provide general counsel on small business matters.
