SeoRhin Yoo is a Senior Policy Analyst for interprovincial affairs, based in Manitoba. Coming from a family of small business owners, she is passionate about advocating for a more supportive environment for small businesses. SeoRhin is involved in advocacy, research, policy analysis, and communications on issues affecting small- and medium-sized businesses across Canda.

Since joining CFIB as an intern in 2022, SeoRhin has previously focused on small business issues in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and the North, publishing multiple reports including municipal spending, red tape reduction, and crime and safety. She was also involved in national agri-business issues, for which she has published a report and monthly columns.

SeoRhin holds an Advanced Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from the University of Manitoba.
