Juliette Nicolaÿ

Juliette Nicolaÿ is a Bilingual Policy Analyst for the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB). Based in Ottawa, Juliette advocates for small businesses at the national level, specializing in agriculture, immigration, and labour policies.
Juliette first joined the organization as an intern in 2023. Since then, she has authored reports on the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, Canada-wide labour shortages, red tape in municipalities, and the agriculture sector. Previously, she worked in the trade and economics department for the Delegation of the European Union in Canada.
Juliette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McGill University.
